If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

If you’re not satisfied with the quality of the product purchased, please contact us and let us know the issues you’re facing. Once we receive your request, we will inspect it within 5 business days and notify you about our decision. If you have a strong case against the quality of any of our products, we will provide you a refund.

If your refund is approved, it’ll bee credited to the original method of purchase.

Can I upgrade my license?

Sure thing! Email us at support@nayzak.design We’ll discount the amount you paid for the single license and send you a coupon to use for your upgraded license.
